I wonder why I have to do a rating everytime I want to write a comment to a song, movie or whatever?

At this website I was annoyed by the German writing and so I wrote a comment on this. Would it be necessary to write a bug report? But the bug-report is send to the admins at archive.org and not the artist or? I suggested some different kind of writing German so that they can decide on how to chnage it if they want to.

I had given a rating there because I had to, but I haven't listen to the music.

An error report, rather than a review, to point to typos is appropriate, because it will come to the attention of curators who can fix the mistakes.
